Ok--so the hurricane eye passed us by--GREAT news!  Now--the latest fashion statement--my "snake charmer" boots.  NC is the copperhead snake capital of the world!  And here all these years I've been wading into weeds I couldn't see through in my little summer sandals. It finally got to me so I bought these for defense and they work great! At lease they helped dilute the fear factor that had suddently crept into my brain.

Got back to stitching last night and it was great--got a sudden bug to do pumpkins and fall. I'm not a halloween person but quite a few sitching friends are so i'm sure that influences more than I realize.
